Booking terms and conditions

• For those booking the “Early-bird discount” rate, full payment of £99 must be paid at the time of booking. Please quote “CONF08” when booking.
• To secure a place a £55 deposit or full payment to be paid.  
• An invoice will be sent acknowledging either full payment or deposit received and due date for balance, as appropriate.
• Full payment must be made by 30^th June 2008.
• For bookings made on or after 30^th June 2008, full payment of £154.00  is required.
• All speakers, workshops and events are subject to change. Where necessary, any speakers or workshops that are subject to change, will be substituted with one of a similar title or experience.

Cancellation policy:

• All cancellations must be made in writing, either by post to: The VA Foundation, GTI Suite, Valleys Innovation Centre, Navigation Park, Abercynon, CF45 4SN or fax on 08451305809
• Cancellation at any time will result in the loss of the deposit.
• Cancellations made before 1^st August 2008 will receive a £55 refund of the full conference fee. (in the case of the Early-Bird rate, please note therefore none of this fee is refundable).
• Cancellations after this time, late arrival or non-use of places, will not receive a refund. However, delegate substitutions can be made at any time, provided full payment has been made. Substitution requests must be received in writing.

Privacy policy:

• We respect your privacy. We may invite you to provide us with personal information in order to provide you with services such as; enquiry response, e-mail newsletters, invitations to future events, and information updates.
• We never sell or pass personal information onto third parties. Your information will be used to secure a space at the VA Conference, and to be included in the delegate packs as appropriate.
• In order to protect your privacy, we take appropriate security measures in the storage and disclosure of personal information so as to prevent unauthorised access by third parties. We shall not be responsible for any unauthorised use, distribution, damage or destruction of personal data, except to the extent we are required to accept such responsibility by law.

• The VA Foundation does not accept responsibility for loss or injury sustained by any delegates while attending this conference.

By attending the conference you consent to your image and any testimonial given being used on the VA Foundation and VA Conference websites and in connection with promotional activity and publicity for the conference.
